Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 209.8-pounds.
That's better than my last post.
It's been hard lately, real hard, to lose that weight. It's been hard going to work all day long, with long, long days, and avoid eating because of hunger and fatique.
I long to get back to even 200-pounds. But it just seems like such an impossible task.
