I lost weight, I'm just like you!
I've been up and down at the scale too. Two steps forward, two steps back and little apparent progress. I think it may be age related. Much harder to lose each decade. Guess one must just keep fighting the fight and hope for the best.
I think it's age related... I eat bird food most of the time and the way just stays.
