Hello weight losing fans...

Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 203.6-pounds.

This simply amazes me. I barely ate anything yesterday. I had some ribs, three cups of milk, and a small glass of Mead (an ancient wine made with honey).

Yet there I am up at over 203-pounds. I am simply amazed at how unbelievabley stubborn the body is to let go of fat.
