Hello weight losing friends...
Today I stepped up onto the new magical mystical digital scale weighing in at 204.2.... My weight was the same yesterday. I'm happy about that. If you could have seen how many cookies I ate yesterday, you'd be gasping. Yep, I played the cookie monster. My friend brought me a bag of cookies. I couldn't stop eating them. They were so good....

Hello weight losing friends....
Today I stepped up onto the new magical mystical digital scale weighing in 205.4-pounds.
I am still holding a tough line. I am wondering what I can do to get lower. Right now I am getting ready to go to work. I am tired because I didnt sleep much o the night. I am hungry.
A few days ago as I was driving I was listening to a commercial for "Seatlle Suttons Healthy Eating."
I am not knocking Seattle Sutton. The woman announcer said something very interesting. She said something about eating the proper way for the rest of your life on a 1,200 calorie diet. She said that if you can't lose weight on this diet you're either cheating or lying. Okay....
Let me tell you something.... I can whip together a 1,200 calorie diet. And for sure I will lose weight. That said, I'd be hungry all the time with no satisfaction. As I said I am not knocking that 1,200 calories. Anyone, Anyone, Anyone can lose weight with that calorie count.
But, I can't live and be happy at 1,200 calories..... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you? I don't think so....

Hello Weight Losing Fans....
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 205-Pounds.
I am happy with this....
Now, what did I have to struggle with to get to this place. The answer is easy, "Hunger."
Yep I wake up hungry, and wait as long as I can before I eat. It's usually around 3-4 hours. When I get really hungry I will eat a banana, or two. And I progress eating different fruits like oranges, and apples. Then when I have been awake I eat a sandwich. Saturday I ate a some popcorn and a bagel because I was at the Indoor Frozen Pond (Ice Arena)...
In the evening, I try to avoid eating anything for a few hours before I go to sleep.
That's about it....

Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 206-Pounds.
I am happy with that.
Today I was listening to Doctor Bob Marshall on the radio. He was explaining that we Americans are over-calorie eaters. In other words we eat too much. He also said we eat at the wrong times, and eat the wrong things at the wrong time. He too is a believer that the body is low in insulin early in the day. He stated that insulin levels build throughout the day. It is his believe that in the morning we should delay breakfast for at least a few hours. Or if hunger is strong and irresistible in the morning hours then eat a low glycemic-fruit, such as raspberries, or blueberries. He states the largest meal of the day should be lunch with lots of green vegetables, red and orange vegetables (preferably raw). Later in the day is when he believes it's Okay to consume the carbohydrates, making sure that the last meal is 3-4-hours before bedtime.
I know, I know it's not easy to eat later in the day. I am only saying wait for 3-hours. Try it..

Don't Over Complicate It....

Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 206.8-Pounds...
That's down from yesterday. And, if corn is any kind of marker, I passed all of yesterdays meals.
I went to McDonald's today... I had a Ranch Chicken Sandwich, large French Fries, and two large drinks.
I was reading someones blog the other day. This person was planning on making an elaborate plan to write everything eaten down, make quarterly reports, and then compare results at the end of the year.
Folks, it's not that complicated. I weigh myself every morning. I write that on my computer spread sheet. I try to keep my intake around 1,500 calories, or maybe a little more. I make sure I don't eat for the first three hours of the day, and the last three hours of the day.
Since I have taken that approach, I have broken that 215 barrier that I had for a very long time. And, even when I flub up, I never stay up over 208-pounds very long. I am slowly losing weight.
I have even eaten sweets along the way on this journey... Two large drinks? That' a lot of sugar. But, I am done for today. That's it. My calorie count was exceeded. So, I won't eat anymore.
That's it for today...
