Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 186-pounds.
Are you ready for this one? Yesterday I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 189.4-pounds. That's not an April Fools Joke. That was my real weight in the morning yesterday. I was simply stammering with surprise.
It just goes to show that what I have been writting all along is true. We all eat too much food.
