I lost weight, I'm just like you!
Wow Dave. Amazing journal of your weight loss. My highest weight was 245, now years later I am weighing 184, never thought I could have achieved it. Working out 2 hours a day, 3 times a week. I definitely stopped eating the junk food and no soda or juices unless fresh. Well anyway, keep up the good work. Sometimes I weigh myself after a week, like the biggest loser does. Take care.
