Down One Pound; Whoopie Do

Hello weight losing fans...

Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 203.6-pounds.

I am adding this as an extra comment from this morning's post. I was up all night with very little sleep. I went to work this morning and then went back to bed.
I awoke from my midday slumber weighing in at 202.2-pounds.

And that's all for now...
