Hello Weight Losing Fans...

After that astonishing revelation about what I ate for the last two days did you want to hear what I weighed today....? I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 400-Pounds...

Oh yeah two days of pancakes stacked high as an elephant's eyes, and a night of stuffing down mashed potatoes and corn. PHEW  that sure puts on the pounds fast there...

Well, not really... LMAO...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 211.8-Pounds.  Wait, maybe it was 211.6-Pounds... Well, the Magical Mystical Digital Scale seems to be suffering from a bout of confusion lately....

But, ain't that a surprise? I didn't gain 5-Pounds for all those Carbohydrates... ? I went back and looked at the empty box, and did some re-calculating. (I had to pull it out of the trash and wipe off the wet coffee grounds.) I might have consumed a grand total of 2000-calories with those stacks of pancakes. Here is the math. There are 20 servings in a box (1/3-cup). Each serving is 150-calories. Multiply 20 times 150-calories to make 3000-calories... NOW cut that in half... That's 1,500 calories.. Take into account that I actually used some of the box before, and that's even less.   So after doing the math, adding in the coconut oil, butter, and syrup, I might have consumed 1,600 to 2000 calories total per stack of pancakes.

Well, last night I was so hungry.... I ate a peanut butter, and jelly sandwich, along with two yogurts...

Here I am at 211.8-Pounds... Whoa what do you think about that?

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 212.2-Pounds. Or was it 212.4-Pounds? It's another day my scale couldn't decide.

I broke all the rules these last three days. On Wednesday I wasn't hungry in the morning. I had eaten late the night before. Therefore I wasn't hungry in the morning. Finally I got hungry later in the day. I thought what can I make that is fast and easy to make. ?

I took out a box of dried mash potatoes, a small can of corn, and a can of tuna. I cooked up the mashed potatoes according to the box, tossed in the corn, and the tuna. Yeah, I would think tuna wouldn't go well with mashed potatoes and corn. But, it worked. It was yummy.

Yesterday I woke up and was very hungry. I had a box of instant pancakes that's been sitting around getting stale. I cooked up a batch of pancakes. Now three small pancakes is 300 calories. I made up about 12 pancakes of varying sizes. I cooked them using coconut oil. I ate the whole stack of pancakes in one sitting.
It was yummy, and I was stuffed. Then the rest of the day I didn't anything else. My total calories for that meal, with butter, and syrup was probably 3,000 calories.

Guess what I did this morning? I ate the same meal again.... I won't eat anything else again the rest of the day.
After all that was all the calories I need for the day.

Mind you It was all sugar and carbohydrates that I ate. This is completely against what I wrote a few months ago, when I wrote eat the proteins in the morning and save the carbohydrates for later in the day.

Yeah, yeah, yeah I know..... You guys are thinking I am such a hypocrite, and no wonder I am not losing weight.....

Today I am off from work. I had to force the issue with my boss because yesterday was 9-consecutive days without a day off. If I had not forced the issue, he would have made me work today.

My company is desperate for drivers. Don't feel sorry for them, they did it to themselves. I am the only dumb-dumb that's stayed. My boss is desperate to have his schedule filled and  he willingly violates the law to do it. The remaining drivers won't contest him so he just keeps pounding them with work day-after-day. Non-stop work for those who fail to stand up for themselves. The sad thing is my boss really thinks he's doing a good thing. NOPE, he's not. He is forcing the drivers to work and risking the lives of every person who rides their buses... !

I fell Sunday on the companies property. Do you think they will investigate?  I have bruises all up and down my arm, and leg. Do you think they will investigate?  NO, they are scared of  finding out the truth. Well, someday the truth will come out, and that's the day their doors will close for good.

Well, since I am off today, I decided to fast away from solid food today. I will eat in the morning tomorrow at around 3 A.M. before reporting to work at 4:45 A.M....  I will continue to take my vitamins. I just drank a couple mugs of coffee, and water today.

That's down considerably. I have been working non stop and have not had the time to post anything.

I had a real bad fall yesterday (Sunday) and have been suffering with a lot of physical pain as a result. My arm got bashed up, and it's all black and blue above the elbow at the contact point with a concrete stair. My left knee hit the ground and got banged up.
Not to mention I have all sorts of aches because my body twisted as I tried to catch myself on a railing.

Well, I am living with the pain.

Today  I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at  216.8-Pounds.

Today I was listening to a radio show about increasing stress increases cortisol levels which leads to fat around the middle. Well, my stress levels have really gone up. My Company is desperate for drivers. They can't fill the schedule they have booked... Therefore they now force drivers to violate the legal driving limits and operational time limits for the day. It has gotten to a point where I am now at war with the dispatcher because I dare tell him that I won't drive. He used to be sympathetic to the rules, but not anymore.

In the mean time the other drivers gripe behind his back about how tired and over worked they are. Well, stand up to the FASCIST and tell him no.... I do...

My time now again, is eat, sleep, and work..... This week I put in 80 hours... Yep, that is above the legal limits. I finally had to tell him NO..... My boss was PISSED OFF.....

Now, this has been going on now for a couple months. My weight I jumping up accordingly... It's because I am having such a hard time getting the proper rest, and eating the right foods.... It's HARD...

Yep, that's a 7-Pound gain. Here is the thing: My waist is smaller. I am using a belt with an extra hole to make it smaller. So, where is the extra weight? Well, I have been exercising some everyday even with my wicked schedule. I get up, do push ups, and squats, along with side to side twists...

My waist is one inch smaller. Is it muscle? I don't know....
