Hello Weight Losing Fans..
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale Weighing in at 216.8-Pounds.
Yep, that's a 7-Pound gain. Here is the thing: My waist is smaller. I am using a belt with an extra hole to make it smaller. So, where is the extra weight? Well, I have been exercising some everyday even with my wicked schedule. I get up, do push ups, and squats, along with side to side twists...
My waist is one inch smaller. Is it muscle? I don't know....
