Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 213.8-Pounds.
I didn't post yesterday. I stepped up onto the Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216-Pounds.
I didn't post the day before that, and that day I weighed in at 211.8-pounds.
Now, I am scratching my head, and wondering, "What happened?"

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216-Pounds.
Okay, I ate a real big meal last night. What can I say? It was free.
I took a group of horticulturists to the Ball Seed Company. There there was a dinner in their lunch room. I was invited in. I had some potatoes, salad, and half of a roasted chicken, along with some desert. So there you see the results this morning.

Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214-Pounds.
Well, I am back from IOWA.
Yesterday I had that high carbohydrate breakfast at the Motel. Then later in the day I had a Wendy's 1/4-Pound Cheese burger. That was it for the rest of the day.
Later in the night, I was having a very hard time falling to sleep. So I drank two large glasses of Milk.
I finally fell asleep.

Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I weigh, "I DON'T KNOW."
That's right I am sitting in a motel in IOWA... (I could move to this place.)
I don't have the Magical Mystical Digital Scale with me today...
It's too delicate to be hauling around like I hauled the other one.
Anyway, there aren't many places to eat around here. This morning I had an all carbohydrate breakfast. Oh they were the small portions that we're forced to eat at the so called "FREE" breakfast given at the motels.
I ate two small, small sweet rolls with maybe 300 calories total there. I had a small 1/2 cup jello. I had a small yogurt with maybe 60 calories. I had 1/2 cup cereal. I ate two pieces of toast with jelly on them. I had two small cups of orange juice for maybe 80 calories.
Gee it's such a good thing that such incredibly dinky portions are served.. NOT !

I Didn't Lose Much After A Two Day Fast

Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 210.6-Pounds. Or was it 210.4-Pounds? It's another day the Magical Mystical Digital Scale couldn't make up its mind.
A few days ago I went on a fast for two days. I didn't eat anything solid. I drank each day one bottle of cranberry juice at 880 calories total for each bottle. At night I had lime juice with a couple kitchen spoons of raw sugar in the water with the juice.
I was trying to clean out my system. On the second day after not eating anything for one day I had a weird bowel movement where everything came out in a mass of black. I can't imagine this was sitting in me all this time. I don't know what caused it...
It was weird. At the end of day two of fasting. I still had plenty in me that decided to leave. I only changed weight by about 3-4-Pounds after fasting for two days...

Changed The Post With The Right Numbers

Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 213-Pounds.
I opened up one of my posts from a few days ago titled "What a Surprise." I had posted the weight incorrectly. I did actually wake up and weight 208.6-Pounds. There is a reason for that. I was dehydrated.
I have been nursing a cold for the last week. It was really bad a few days ago and I had to get some sleep for an early wake up. I took a little more liquid cold medication than I should have. It gave me a bad case of the "Jumping-Jibblies." I spent all night long jumping up and running to the bathroom. By the morning I was worn out, and dehydrated. So that accounted for the dramatic fall off of my weight.
Now, you can tell it's back where it's been ... Running up and down from 210-Pounds to 215-Pounds.
Yep, it never ends. That's the way it is.. I'm David Dane

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 208.6-Pounds.
Yes you read that correctly.... Well David what did you eat?
The Night before last night I had a big pot of mashed potatoes, creamed corn, with a can of tuna mixed in.
Then yesterday I had two large pancakes, with the syrup and margarine, two eggs, and four bacon strips. Shortly after that I had some buttered popcorn, and a Bosco bread stick. That was it for yesterday.
Note: the weight posted was incorrect. I was at 208.6-pounds, not 218.6-Pounds.
