Four years ago, at around late November of 2006, I was overweight. I began a quest to lose weight. I didn't use a diet program found in one of the best selling diet books. I didn't consult a doctor. I didn't join a "Weight Loss Group." I began a very simple program of eating smaller food portions. I was eating everything that I did before, but I deliberately reduced the food portion sizes. I became a calorie counter. In a little less than one year I lost 60-pounds. All I did was "Ate Less Food." I did nothing fancy. I just "Ate Less Food." EAT LESS FOOD and you will lose weight. ________________________________ I am an American from the United States of America. I was overweight on Thanksgiving Day 2006 with a body mass of 108.86 Kilograms. Now I am at a body mass of 80.377. In just over one year, I lost 28.483 Kilograms. You can too.
