Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Are you ready? It's a crisis here..... Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 219-Pounds....
OH DAVID !!!!!!!!!
Now, I put that down with a note that somethings happening... My waist is still the same as it was when I reduced my belt one inch.... That's true...
I am beginning to do exercises I couldn't do for a long time...
If I had more time then I would explain.

Sounds like you are losing fat and gaining muscle, which makes you more compact. Hence you may see a bigger number on the scale but your body size is smaller. Muscles requires more calories to maintain weight so that will be a plus.
