Hello weight losing fans...

Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 204.8-pounds.

That's down.

It's not where I want to be. However, I think I will be making some progress. Since I have been taking desiccated thyroid, and kelp capsules, my body temperature has been slowly rising.

Our body temperature should be on average 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Well, my body temperature has consistently been below that.

I never new my thyroid may have been under performing because of a lack of Iodine. Yes, my thyroid gland has been working, however, not like it should have been.
The thyroid gland can absorb other chemicals that cause the thyroid to under perform.
The only way to combat that is to start supplement in some form of Iodine so that the thyroid will have that available to absorb. If the thyroid can get the Iodine it should have then hopefully it will begin to perform normally.

With the addition of Iodine from kelp (Seaweed) my thyroid may very well be absorbing the iodine it needs to speed up my thyroid.

I woke up today with a body temperature just below 98 degrees. This is higher than before.

Hopefully as my body temperature begins to rise, I will start burning fat like I should.

We'll see if I am right.

Barack Hussein Obama promised that your insurance premiums will go down. Well, nothing will be further from the truth.

The new law forces insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions. As a result the insurance company will have to charge more for your insurance premiums. You think you have benefited, but the reality is you will pay more.

The essential provisions for this bill don't kick in for another four years. Barack Obama wants to get re-elected in 2012. If the actual penalties, taxes, and costs kicked in right away, there would be a huge backlash. This would even be from the DEADBEATS who think they will get free insurance.

You will be forced by law to purchase Health Care Insurance. If you don't then your will be fined, and if you refuse the fine, you will be jailed. That's it, the government will put you in jail.
How do you like that America.

In four years when these provision finally kick in after Barack Huessein Obama is re-elected, then you will be terrorized by government officials... It's going to get bad.
