Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 210.8-Pounds..
Wow, I am surprised.
Yesterday I didn't eat that much to begin with. I only had half of a large raisin muffin, and five large bread sticks filled with cheese centers...
