Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214-Pounds.
That's 1-Pound lower than yesterday.
I have been a naughty boy. The other day I went shopping and decided to buy some sweetrolls to bake in the oven. I made them and ate them ... I estimate they were about 220 calories times 8 .... to total about 1,800... calories or so....
Yikes... David.... No wonder you aren't losing any weight....
