Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214.4-Pounds.
That's down 4-Pounds from yesterday...
Hey did you want to know what I ate last night? I ate a Snickers bar, and drank a bottle Iced Rasberry tea with sugar in it.... OH DAVID....!
Now, if I wasn't keeping score each day, what would I look like in a year? That's right, I would be big as a house...
It pays off to be weighing myself each day.
