Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216.2-Pounds.

Yesterday was literally 15 paid hours of work. It was 17 hours including going to and from work.
My days are long, and the nights are short of sleep.

Yesterday I didn't have time to pack a lunch. I bought my food out on the road. I ate more than I should, but was so hungry. It's hard to keep a steady food program when there is no time for anything.

That's just the way it is for now... I'm David Dane
