Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 217.8-Pounds...

Don't ask me what's happening... I don't have an answer. Yesterday I ate a ham sandwich for breakfast. I had a sausage on bread for lunch, cottage cheese, two cups of milk, and some trail mix. Then I had three light beers later in the day... That was it... Here it is...

I went out for a ride on my bike yesterday...
