Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 220.2-Pounds.
I stood there in complete disbeief. I at a bunch of chicken for lunch and had protein powder for breakfast. Honest, I didn't eat anything when I got home from work last night. But, there is was.
I was shocked....
Today is a fast day with only water, and a couple of cups of coffee for breakfast.
I am still shaking my head in disbelief...
Where in the h.... did the weight come from?
