Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214.8-Pounds.
That's up.
It's up for good reason. After I got off work yesterday I went to the Dupage County Fair. I had some French Fries, and a Big Hot Dog.
Someone gave me a pass to the "Beer and Wine Tent." This is where different brewers give away samples in a small glass.
I had about 20 samples of different kinds of beer. Yummy...
Then I had some of the Free Cheese...
So that's where I am today..
