Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216.6-Pounds.
Yes and that is with good reason. I went to a friends home last night and had a meal with the family. I ate more than I usually do. So there it is on the scale.
Yesterday I didn't post, and weighed in on the scale at 213.6-Pounds.
So you can see the difference of three pounds...
