Hello Weight Losing Fans..

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216-Pounds.
That's down from yesterday. It's a ways off my current hopes to be lower...

I am currently working on a commentary for today, and if I have time, I will add it later.
