Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214.6-Pounds.
Yesterday I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214-Pounds.
So there you have it... No progress so far....
It sure doesn't help when I eat candy.

Losing weight/fat is hard and sometimes it feels like we are just spinning our wheels and it's tempting to give up. When it's the hardest we have to persevere if we want to reach our goal. I'm struggling right now to lose 2 pounds. Two measly pounds doesn't sound like much. But it is a lot when you don't have much weight to lose. It can be hard to keep going but we can't give up. I tell myself 'two will become twenty if you falter now'. So--hang in there. You can do it--you've done it before so the odds are in your favor.
