Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216.4-Pounds.
Yesterday I was out on the road coming back from Michigan. I stopped at Burger King and had a Whopper Sandwich, and French Fries. I had some snacks along the way. I didn't eat anything when I got home. But, you are still seeing yesterday's results..
That's the way it is...
