Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214.8-Pounds.
I couldn't believe I was looking at that number this morning. I thought sure this morning I would wake up and see 212-Pounds or less. I am so disappointed. Because all the careful eating is for nothing. Something went wrong... !

I understand your frustration. I experience it too. I attribute it to aging. Much harder to lose as we age it seems to me. But really, who knows for sure. At any rate it's hard work and not easy.
