Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216.6-Pounds.

This is aggravating to say the least. I have been using Ketosis Sticks to see if I am burning Ketones.  I have been dipping them in my urine. When the come out, they are anywhere from pink to purple.
This should mean that I am burning Ketones. Well I have been consistently. 

I thought that I would be losing weight like crazy .... NOPE... I am gaining it instead...
I can't figure it out...

That's the way it is...

Evidently a person can be in ketosis and not lose per this article.

I know about that diet Dinah...
I am following some of the principals... I was in Ketosis for days and still wasn't losing any weight...
