Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214.8-Pounds.

Today I my first day off in many days... I have been working 80 + hours a week at my job.

There is no time for anything but to work, eat, and sleep...!
