Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 217.6-Pounds.
Yesterday I don't have any numbers...
I was in a hurry getting up late for work, and rushing out the door without weighing myself. I had spent half the night tossing my cookies after having eaten a hamburger and french fries from a place out of town. I tried to get a work replacement and no one answered the dispatch phone, or even called to find out how I was. So I ended up going to work with no sleep and a very achy body, and driving six hours. Yep, I was a road hazzard. The dispatcher finally answered the telephone at six AM and told me I have to come to work because there is no replacement. How would you like my job?
So, here I am recovering from and awful two days. And I am basically the same weight even after emptying myself with dry heaves. I don't usually get sick, and very rarely ever fall prey to food born illnesses. ...
