Hello Weight Losing Fans....

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 219-Pounds. Oh Argh...!

Last night I took a large group of college students to Kennilworth, IL... They were at the home of one of the students, and were a very wealthy couple who are the owners.

They had dinner catered for all the kiddies, in their lovely home. I was invited in. This was at around 7 PM.... So it was late ... I ate about 4 pieces of chicken along with pasta, and some desert. So that's the food that is just sitting around waiting to go.
