Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 218.2-Pounds.
Yep, that's up above the 215-Pounds that I have been hovering around, but it's below yesterdays 220.2-Pounds.
Honestly, I don't get it... I have been eating Chinese Food that is loaded with some meat, and a lot of vegetables. Yet, here I am....

Chinese is also loaded with sodium which causes water retention. Your number on the scale will reflect that. Once your sodium levels decrease the fluid will be released and the number will go down. Weight numbers don't just show fat gain and loss they also show fluid gained and lost. So, hang in there. You are determined to lose fat and you will succeed.
