Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 212.4-Pounds.
Today I didn't feel like eating when I got out of bed. That's right my appetite was way down this morning. I forced myself to drink down four scoops of protein powder mixed in milk and water.
I have discovered a substance that helps increase the serotonin levels of the brain, and suppress the appetite ... Ironically it also suppresses the libido.
I worked myself up from 50 mg, to 500 mg twice per day. My aim is to get even higher.
A word of caution: If you aren't used to it, it will make you sick.
I am now taking a second mineral to help me adjust my moods. I started with one very small tablet. Then I went to two. Now, I am up to three.
Here is the results, I sleep at night like a baby....
