Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 209.4-Pounds.
I broke my fast this morning after not eating for about 36 hours. I took my vitamins, and drank coffee, with water. I had no solid food...
This fast was just to clean my system out.
