Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 184.2-pounds.
This is up from yesterday.
Don't ask me why. I don't have an an answer. I don't know why to be honest with anyone. I have been careful with my food consumption. There is no reason for this.
