Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the "New Magical Mystical Digital Scale" weighing in at 234.6-Pounds.
That's just three days after the "Christmas Day Celebrating," and Merry Making, along with consuming lots, and lots of cookies, cake, and Christmas Cuisine. Yummy, oh yummy....
So the damage was slight... I didn't lose anything more, and I didn't gain that much....
Whew is what I can say to that.
