Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the "New Magical Mystical Digital Scale" Weighing in at 238.2-Pounds...

I am going for another 30 minute walk when I post this...

 I skipped walking today... My leg was sore from walking so much, I decided to give it a rest tonight.

And that's all for now...
