Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the "New Magical Mystical Digital Scale" Weighing in at 236.6-Pounds.
That is down from yesterday...
This morning I awoke, and the hunger in my tummy was absolutely overwhelming. That's good because it means there is potential to lose weight.
It's when we don't feel rumbly in the tumbly that means we're just a little to satisfied after eating.
Well, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
