Hello Weight Losing Fans; Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 139.2 pounds.
Yes you're reading it right after all this time of no writing and posting, I have regained all of 60 pounds. I told you most people do....
There are lots of reasons. But, I have had enough again.... My clothes are so tight, my tummy is so round that I look like Santa.
Well, I have decided to do something about this again......
Today I went for a one half hour walk around the track at the TAX PAYER BUILT recreational facility... It's only one mile from my apartment. It costs me no fee to use it. So, I am going to try using exercise to help burn extra calories, and get my body moving...
