Hello Weight Losing Fans....
Today I stepped up onto the Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 240-Pounds.
That's up from yesterday.
Today was day four walking around the track at the TAXPAYER BUILT recreational facility for a little longer than 30 minutes because I ran into a friend and was walking and talking.
