Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 219.2-Pounds....!
Bummer...!
Today I went to the Doctors Clinic to get my DOT physical. I passed with normal blood pressure, and a low, normal heart rate. My urine screen was good with no sign of sugar or other problems.
The doctor did tell me I am Obese, and I need to lose weight. Gee thanks DOC...
Like I needed him to tell me this...
Oh well...
