Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 219.4-Pounds.
Yesterday I really didn't eat that much... But, here I am...!

Well, today I said to heck with it and had a real big slice of pizza and two yogurts...
