Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216.4-Pounds.
Someone asked why I regained weight. Well, when my mom died, I was back up at 200-Pounds already. After her death I really struggled with depression. I basically gave up on my weight management program.
That about sums it up....

I know how hard it is to lose a mother--mine died last August and it was gut wrenching. It is totally understandable that you have been grieving. Those who may not understand--well, until they've walked a mile in your shoes they need to withhold judgment. And if they have walked that mile or even more they still need to withhold judgment--we are all different and we all process grief differently. I say good for you that you are on the road to getting your weight back where you desire it to be. You've done it before and you'll do it again in time.
