Hello Weight Losing Fans....
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215.2-Pounds.
Well, that's not the best, but it has to do.
Yesterday I rode my bike for around six miles and woke up experiencing the pain of not having riden a bike for such a very long time.
I rode the bike to the public library 2 miles away, then I rode back to my apartment, and rode again to the grocery store.
The worst part of the ride is my legs kept cramping at the hip joints. Oh, it stinks getting old...
