Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215.6-Pounds.
That's not what I was hoping for.
Tomorrow I won't be posting anything because I am driving out of town. I won't be able to weigh myself.
So we will see what I weight when I return on Sunday...!

I don't get it Dane. I did what you said. I just ate less. OK, I walked more. But no diets. No vitamins. No crazy all carb or protein. I was not as scientific as you are about it. I mostly just cut dessert and booze and only ate until I was almost full.
I lost all kinds of weight. 50-60 pounds. It took a few years but I have you and your friend the runner to thank. It has stayed off.
How come you are having trouble?
