Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215.4-Pounds.
Don't ask me why...
Yesterday I only ate 4 small sausage links, four scrambled eggs, 3 ounces of salmon, 1/2 cup of rice, some green beens, a cup of milk, and an apple tort.
That's all I ate.
There you have it. The weight is so touchy that only an apple tort will put me over the top... NOT...
