Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 186-pounds. That's up.
Hmmm...I don't know what to say about this. I didn't even eat 1,800 calories of food yesterday.
We'll see what happens over the next few days.
