Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 211.2-Pounds.

I am scratching my head. How in the world did I do that when just three days ago I had a giant, giant piece of chocolate cake, a very large cookie, and a gigantic blueberry muffin. I am not kidding. Add to the a double cheeseburger, and a very large serving of French Fries....

Yesterday I was listening to a radio program that talks about food addictions. Are you addicted to food? I don't know. But, how much do you consume? I don't know. It will help if you keep a written record each day.

Oh my gosh, yesterday I had 165 viewers... That's absolutely amazing... Ah, you folks must think I am really so wise... Buah, ha, ha... I make myself laugh...
