Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 213.8-pounds.
Now that's up from just a couple days ago. In this video post I explain that I don't know why my weight has jumped like this. It might be water retention.
I also explained that I am burning fat. I ran a test strip through my urine and found that it is turning purple. This means I am burning fat.
