Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 229-Pounds.
I know what you're thinking. Oh David, what's wrong with you?
Last night I had dinner late. I haven't been eating that late usually. I was given half of a roasted chicken along with a rib. I ate it up. Then I had two regular soda pops. I don't usually drink that.
So I woke up with the news that I was up over 3-pounds.
We'll see where I end up tomorrow.
