Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at ???

I am out of town and did not bring my scale with me...

I had written more earlier, but the computer lost power, and there went my writing...

I am not going to try and re write all of it.
