Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 185.8-pounds.
Huh, that's a jump from yesterday's record.
What happened. Umm, I ate some really big pieces of pizza yesterday. That's all.
I don't have much to say right now, I have to go.

Perhaps the pizza was high in sodium and you are retaining water which is showing up at the scale...when I did WW, I always had to avoid processed foods the day before I weighed in...I'd check my weight at home each morning, and the morning following processed foods I always weighed more...and when you do WW and pay to weigh, you don't want to have any extra weight of course.
